moved into new home - msg says call arc fo reset code? HELP!

HI all

just moved into new house, the alarm panel is a premier texecom.

Had some plasterers in who set the alarm off by touching the alarm bell and internal sounder (the panel says tamper on the bell and speaker zones)

However whenever i try to set the alarm it says that there was an aux 0 warning and that i have to call the ARC and ask for a reset code.

Called the alarm company who are saying they need to come out and charge me 80gbp per hour to try and resolve the fault.

Any ideas if this is true? or is there a default reset password?
