beko TZDA524FS making a very loud noise

i accidently left the freezer door open just slightly before going to work my nightshift.
when i returned 14 hours later my freezer was going nuts and had defrosted half my food. i unplugged it and then re-plugged it and allowed for it to get to the correct temp of -19 degrees but its making a very loud buzzing noise and i cant work out why

any ideas ????

defrost for 24 hours and try again ??
place your frozen in quilts on the floor and cover with further quilts and or blankets

that was a quick response it is a frost free freezer though so i wont be able to defrost it will i ?

they should be defrosted 2 times a year as the internal channels can ice up

look at the instruction manual for conformation
ok says auto defrost so----

empty it as i said abouve hot water in bowls at several points inside change every hour or so as they cool after about 12 hours you may be lucky
