zafira glow plugs

I am in the process of changing the plugs, got the first two out but the third and forth seem stuck. I have tried squirting wd40 but still not moving. I think they could be the originals its an 02 plate 2ltr DTI with 125000 on the clock. I would appreciate any help as I know very little about cars.

WD40 allowed to soak overnight, and try removing when engine hot should work, you should use a deep hexagonal socket also, as a bi-hex socket might round off the corners.

Thanks I will leave it till tomorrow and take it for a spin first to warm it up. I am using a deep hex socket will keep you posted cheer's

Well I took it for a spin to warm it up having wd40 it a few days ago and I have broken the third one, and I can't budge, or dare! try any harder to get the forth one out. So I have only managed to replace the first two, but it still starts so far! Are there any long term effects and how can I remove thanks.
