Hello Lads,

I have been called to a Buderus 800 (43kw) Lpg Gas Boiler that once or twice a day back fires and makes 4 or 5 very loud bangs before going in to lock out, gas pressure and settings look okay to me, the boiler really rattles on the wall as it's making these loud bangs, any ideas what might be causing this problem?

Thank you for any help on this issue,

regards Wes.

Hi Tony,

Thank you for your reply. I am an RGI in the republic of Ireland and my RGII Number is r0056 but as i'm not gas safe registered I was wondering how do I become a member of the Combustion forum? I would really like to become a member,

Regards Wesley.

Look at the top thread which explains how to apply which involves an email to [email protected]

You have to give all your registration details. Can take a few days too.

Once joined you can give us details of what registration you have to do in Ireland as I for one dont know.
