Ideal Combi Boiler C28 - intermittent hot water

Hello,

I have an Ideal Combi Boiler C28 and this is happening recently:

I am doing the dishes and then suddenly the hot water goes away, I switch the tap off and back on and sometimes I get hot water again. Same issue happens in the shower.

Central Heating is working fine.

What could that be? I checked the pressue and it shows 1.2bar pressure.

All I know any help would be most appreciated.

Sounds like the usual problem, diverter valve or flow sensor.

Depends on your heating engineer, a diaphragm will cost peanuts but if a new diverter valve is fitted put aside £200
