Vented ridge tile

The plastic spacer has come partially detatched from under a vented dry ridge tile.
It just appears now to allow more air in. The tile appears to be securely fixed.

It wont affect the integrity of the ridge as thats clipped to the ridge batten..

The filler units prevent insects or birds getting under the ridge.

Rubbish things.

Thanks. I really do not want to risk damaging the roof (or me) in trying to get up there to try to fix it.

I've seen roofs with the lot of them slipped out and been like that for years.

Its up to yourself ....i wouldnt be loosing sleep over it.

Ask your window cleaner to slip it back in and give him a tenner.
