peugeot 307 hdi economy mode activated

hi guys - seems my BSI unit on my pugeot 1.6hdi...may be corrupted...car wouldnt start and has gone into "economy mode" as indicated by the screen...trouble is both my windows are open and i cannot close them as it wont start...any ideas on what i can do to at least close the windows..?ta
