Kenmore/Whirlpool dishwasher

I have a dishwasher that is leaking on the bottom of the front door. I replaced gasket and it still leaked. I took off inspection/decorator front panels and ran dishwasher. It appears that leak is coming from the rinse dispenser on bottom of door. Please advise if this could be the leak and if not what could be causing my problem.
