whirlpool ADP 4501/5

Hi,
I am hoping someone can please help me as my whirlpool ADP 4501/5 has a 7 flashing green light. I have cleaned the filter taken out the mesh and also poured some boiling water down to clear anything down there. Still doesnt work and I dont know what else to do as I dont know anything about them. Please help me

Left hand side panel off. At the bottom front of the plastic water matrix is a plug, pull it off, push it back on and try the machine again.
Failing that, check the inlet hose isn't kinked, check the water valve hasn't been turned off.
