Thermostatic Mixing Valves 43degC or higher?

Just doing a job where the client wants control over the HW temp. Can you get 'adjustable' TMV's that you can cool the temp. down but not neccessarily 43degC maximum, i.e. could you cool it down to say 50degC for instance. I know alot tend to be factory default 43degC, but would just like to know if there is any other versions?

Many thanks

Yes, I've got one on my solar heating panel circuit but thay are more expensive.

Yes, I beleive the care home regs call for 43deg maximum on hand basins, but up to 50 for a bath, and slightly higher for a kitchen sink.

I havnt seen the fixed ones, all I have seen in the care homes i have worked in are adjustable, either by just a knob on the top of it, or by a tool such as a spanner, or allen key.
