glow worm compact 100 fanned flue boiler

can anyone help me? i have the above boiler installed in the loft at the new house i have just moved into, the fan goes all night long and the noise is driving me crazy! is it supposed to go on after the heating/hot water has gone off? its timed to go off at 10.30pm and the bloody fan woke me up again at 4.30am this morning whirring away.

Don't hold me to it, but it may have something to do with a faulty PCB, which will need to be checked by an engineer .

As the boiler is in the roof I don't suppose there is a frost stat fitted that will bring the boiler on if the temperature drops? It has been a bit chilly overnight recently.
