Currently I have fitted to control the house heating a Honeywell T6360B manual room stat fitted in Y Plan system.

To give the house some frost protection during the night I am thinking of fitting a Honeywell CM61 Programmable Thermostat which has frost switching.

Regarding the wiring connections. Can I change it over without any problems?

The current model uses terminals 1,2 and 3 terminals, but not No4.

The wiring of the programmable models uses I think, terminals A,B and C.

Thanks
Alan

Wire in existin terminal1 goes to A, wire in teminal 3 goes to B
Donot use wire from terminal 2 as this will be a neutral and is not needed either snip it and make safe or disconnected it in wiring centre

Thanks for that 'Namsag.'

I have JUST found a Honeywell instruction on what has to be carried out.

On the programmer they also mention linking the LIVE to CH ON terminals.

Will this be necessary on my Danfoss FP715 Programmer?

Regards
Alan
