Vermin Guard

Hi, I have just had a quote for new fascias and sofits and when i asked about vermin guard i was told that they cant fit it because of the tiles on my roof sit hard against the fasia board. They say that they fit the guard but because of the type of tiles, they cant. Is this true ? The tiles on my roof are small flat tiles.

By vermin guard I assume you mean a comb filler. This being the case you only use a comb filer with profiled tiles, you have plain tiles so it's not required.
