FERROLI OPTIMAX 25C, PROBLEMS, LESS THAN 18MTHS OLD

Hi everyone. My problems are as follows.
When you set the boiler to come on for heating, (ie clock, stat) nothing happens. Hot water works fine.
If you press the reset button for a few seconds, a C then comes up on the boiler display and the boiler fires up for heating and rads get warm, but only stays on for approx 8 - 12 mins then stops.
Also when the heating is running whilst C is displayed, you cant get any hot water until you either turn the heating off or wait for the boiler to stop itself after 10 mins.
Can anyone tell me what the C on the display means?
And more importantly, what problem is?
Divertor valve, or not, dont know.

Is it not a 31C?

Just had a flick through online instructions and doesn't mention a C, on display, with regards faults A or F is the start of fault codes.

This boiler does have a 5 year warranty, if you have had it serviced and installed correctly. Maybe giving Ferroli a call would be of benefit?!
