sounds like the rod on the motor that opens the door has come away from the door mechanism |

you will need to remove the door panel to get at the lock mechanism, sometimes not an easy task im afraid especially if the deadlock is on as you cannot open it from the inside
Is the door stuck closed? |

could be the wires in the door gaitor may be perished,you might have to put 12v on the motor itself to get it to open? |
