Hi all have just come back from a week away, turned my boiler timer to constant but the rads are not heating up and am I not getting any hot water either. Pilot light on indicator on the front is orange and the boiler is making noises as if it is working as it usually does but it is not working at all. Apologies for the non technical post would be really grateful for any help

Assuming it is that model, can you hear the fan spinning at the top of the boiler?
Is the system pressure at about 1.5 bar? If not bring the pressure up.

Then it sounds like the air pressure switch is dead... Not a major repair, but will need checking by the engineer.
About the same as a length of string.
