For the window a temporary fix would be to buy some of that shrinking plastic sheet - you tape it over the inside of the frame then heat it with a hairdryer to make it shrink and become like secondary double glazing.
For the door you could nail some draught strips around the outside of the closed door so that they press against the door when it's closed. A heavy lined curtain over the door would help too.
