Help please
Does anyone know how I can open a door that will unlock but the handle will not turn down to open the door.I think its jammed.If i take the glass unit out will I be able to access the locking bolts to hopefully push them down to release the door.

Taking the glass out will not give you access to any of the locking mechanism. You can unscrew the handle though usually via two screws on the face and take it off to check if the spindle is causing the problem.

Cheers for that .I've tried that, but because I can't open the door I can't remove the barrell to have a peek inside the mechanism. I might need to contact a locksmith.
