Hi All
I have problem with Microsoft Outllok whereby any emails I send a copy also ends up in my In Box as well as the sent folder! Anyone know the aanswer what maybe the problem? Many thanks |

Full blown Outlook or Outlook Express ?
Which version do you have ? |

Check your message rules to see if you have one that is misconfigured. |

MIcrosoft Outlook full blown version, checked rules and everything seems ok any ideas anyine? |

Are you using a Gmail account with outlook by any chance? |

Yes I am using Gmail with Microsoft Outlook and have had a look in there as well but again did not spot anything which should not have been configured! |

If you are replying to a group (reply-all) and you are in that group, you will get a copy!
There was an issue with Outlook 2003/5 where "Rules" particularly could cause duplication of emails (ie one in your inbox and a copy appearing where the rules were supposed to send the original message. I had this on my system, and nothing I could do fixed it. I eventually upgraded to Office 2007 to fix it (which it did).
