Can you describe the way it looks? Sure it's a Series 1000?
Modern Alarms used mainly Scantronic panels badged up as their own, with their own model numbers.

the number of times i`ve been called out to reboot due to customers forgetting it, makes it worth mentioning twice ............
Na, you just like the sound of your fingers on the keyboard.
really - cusotmer forgets the last ENT, tries to use alarm, doesnt work tries again then once more for good look ...... next keypress it starts to sound due to exess keypress and no one can stop it.
dont forget the last ENT
thank you all for your replies, after a power cut due to electrical work carried the day and p/a light on how do i exit this mode ?
