Bosch Exxcel 1400 washing machine - dispenser question

I am new to Europe, and to the subtle differences in European appliances as well. I have a Bosch washing machine in my flat, but no manual for it - only the "quick start" guide.

The dispenser trays are labeled I and II and then there is a third/middle tray with a flower symbol (see attached picture).

Is that tray with the flower symbol for fabric softener?

It's a very basic question, I know...but I appreciate any help! Thanks.
