Bosch Maxx only washing on 30? Cold feed only.

My Bosch Maxx has been moved to the garage during building works & only has a cold feed at the moment. When I switch it to wash on anything over 30, it sits for a moment, then there is a click & the red light goes on. It will work at 30 on delicate or regular wash but does not appear to be heating the water.
Also, the soap tab does not dissolve completely.
Any suggestions please?

Has it got a hot valve at the back if so it needs hot supply or a y piece for the cold.

Hi! It does have a hot feed which we have been able to up 'til now.

I take it that the hot supply is not connected .you need a y splitter to make it work .
