Garage conversion next to septic tank

Hi , I have established that I can convert my detached garage to living accommodation under permitted development, but the problem is my septic tank is just behind the garage my question is will i get building regs approval ? has anybody had any exprience of this situation ?

Which was there first the garage or the tank and how deep is the tank?

Hi, the garage was there first the tank was put in about 2 years ago
not sure the depth of the tank i would say about 3m deep its a titan minitec
its not the best place to put it but it was the only option ,it was approved by building control at the time
