I am hoping to rectify issues on friends conservatory...knock it down and start again! In particular advice on windows...need to renew all and also add guttering...windows suppliers? Type? Any ideas welcome
Thanks for that. I intend to do the work myself but require some info about where to buy windows and roof. There are some issue such as windows need to have room to put a facia board or room to attach guttering. Personally i would prefer to install wooden windows but price may be more.
Roof from room to left(old toilet) has tiles etc and existing roof on annex butts with this. Ideally it could be higher and steeper and then this could allow room for guttering above any new windows. But change in height would create issues obviously. Therefore what do i do here?
Also issues exist in other areas: no main drain access so have suggested guttering should drain to a water butt, as no alternative.
