Mira Advance leak

My Mira Advance shower is leaking from the inlet clamp. I've replaced the seal, but it still leaks.

Seems to me that the clamp is not holding the two pipes (mains supply / pipe to flow valve) close enough together, and the slight gap is the source of the leak.

Any suggestions on how to fix? Thanks!

by inlet clamp do you mean a compression fitting

Looks like this:

Clamp holds two parts together, but there is some free play (left-right movement), possibly explaining leak.

Has someone tightened nut B without holding 405.58? Suggest you speak to Mira.
