I have a "chandelier" style light fitting in my hallway. A couple of the tiny bulbs were blown so bought some replacements.
I pulled out the old ones and pushed in some new ones however now the entire light doesn't work! It's not the main fuse box as all the other upstairs lights are fine and nothing looks out of place in the fuse box.
I know this is a little brief but does anyone have any ideas?
Thanks

Are the bulbs 12 volt?

You may have a duff transformer within the fitting.

Or, as already mentioned, you have disturbed a loose connection.

If it has a transformer there may be a fuse inside the fitting and it may have popped when one of the lamps died.

Also, if they are ELV (12v eg) lamps then make absolutely certain that you have replaced the old ones with the same wattage. If you put in the wrong wattage the tranny may just stop working due to overload.
