Bathroom Floor

Hi all, yes still on this bathroom lol. I will be tiling the floor on sunday its a concrete floor. Should i use BAL adhesive or will a normal cement based adhesive from local builders be fine? same with grout? tiles are a darkish colour so we wont be having white grout. Will there be any need to prime or seal the floor before laying the tiles?

brush floor, seal with primer apd/mapei primer G or sbr.
bal rapidset(grout after about 2hrs)
or a single part flex(grout after about 16hrs)

or mapei/weber/ardex cement based adhesive...again check grouting times.
