I find I have no hot water supply but boiler is operating and CH is still working. Pressing 'info' button shows S4 but this is little help. Turned HW stat to max then back to 55 and boiler shut down for a while and CH came back on after a couple of minutes. However the nearest cold tap then ceased to function! Other cold taps are working. Being Sunday and preChristmas probably wont get a plumber, the installer is now shutdown until new year. Can anyone advise please?

Thanks Yellerbelly. It was a frozen pipe but it was taking a long time to find as it was a circuitous route!!!
