i have just fitted a \\\"damixa mixer tap\\\" in my kitchen.the hot water just dribbles out but the cold is fine.the hot water round the rest of the house is ok,i have stripped the tap down and there dosent seem to be any blockage.any ideas would be welcome?
But wouldn't it overpower the hot if they were both running at the same time.
I had the same problem and found that between the cylinder and the tap, there were 3 stop taps, which I repaced with gate valves and now all is fine.
Obviously the stoptaps were restricting the flow too much and for some reason, showed even more when a new tap was fitted.
