All RCBO consumer unit

I had a small consumer unit change to do recently. The customer wanted an all RCBO system as he had been plagued by random tripping.

I installed a Wylex 14-way with 12 RCBOs. It was a complete PITA as there is very little room above the RCBOs for a dozen dedicated neutrals and functional earths let alone terminating the actual circuits into the top of the RCBOs.

For those who have done something similar - what is your favourite, roomy CU manufacturer that will make my next multi RCBO job easier?

I hate wylex these days. I've had the exact same nightmare as you with one of their all RCBO boards.

There is plenty of room in MK boards, but the quality isn't like it used to be with these boards.

I seem to remember the new hager boards having plenty of room and the build quality seems really good to me.

The wylex metal clad units have more room than the plastic iirc, but are still a bit tight when all RCBOs

I never seem to acheieve RFs standards of neatness! on them though!

Dont use the mem rcbo/pods then, I have a mem db with rcbo/pods at my house, they are a pain to clip on to the busbar/dinrail and then you have to put the lives and neutrals in.
