Hi,

We have a 2 metre x 35cm length of solid surface in a shower room. It was supplied by Utopia bathroom furniture. At present there is a built in basin to the right hand side.

We are refitting the room and would like to move the basin to the left hand side. This would mean cutting a length off the left hand side and joining it to the existing RHS, thus in effect moving the basin to the left.

Does anyone know if this is possible and if there are any fabricators that would be prepared to do it? Also, could it be done on site or would it need to go to the fabricators?

Any advice would be gratefully received, thank you!!

Yes it can be done. I have watched Corian fitters patch/fill holes in Corian and once polished the repairs were virtually invisible.
