Biasi boiler controlled by Drayton lifestyle single channel

Hi there, can anyone offer some help? I have had a Biasi boiler installed and the 'electrician' has installed a controller that fails to control anything.Can someone please offer advice regards how this should be connected as we have heating and water going 24 7 just now. The only one that is happy is British Gas !
