I have 1 upstairs radiator not working in a 2 year old house. I have bled each one but no air is trapped. Anyone any clues what to do next?

I am not a heating engineer or a plumber.
If you open the bleed valve on the rad that is cold do you get water spurting out? If you do then there is at least one way for the water to get to the rad. You may simply have sludge in the pipework and may need a power flush on your system? I dont Know but thats my 2 pennywoth
