Sime Combi No Hot Water

Hi,
I have a Sime Super 90 Plus combi boiler and although the central heating works fine i cannot get any hot water. it doesnt fire up when i put either the kitchen or bathroom tap on and doesnt even give me any warm water once the central heating is on either. Any ideas?
