I have a Linea, but can't establish what model. Mine has a mode selector switch between Hotwater only, off/reset and heating and hot water. If this is set to hotwater only, switch it over. If on heating/hot water, the valve may have become blocked with lime scale. Had to replace mine for this reason. Done by plumber under a service agreement, so no costs given.
