No pressure

I have a Gainsborough 9.5Kw shower, about a year old. Recently it lost pressure when first turned on, but it you turned it down cold the pressure returned, then you could turn it up again. The other day I removed the shower head and cleaned it. When I reattached it, the water now dribbles out and pressure is not improved by altering temperature.

The first thing is not to post the same question multiple times here which wastes the 'helpers' time which is given freely.

If the head is attached via an external flexible hose it is just possible (maybe) that you have got an air lock. If you put the head below the level of the unit and run it, does this clear it ?

When the shower was run with the head below the unit it didn't make a difference.
