cooker socket wiring

hi im confused i am attempting to move my cooker socket from one wall to another when i removed the front of the socket the wiring looked like 2 reds on top and two blacks on bottom is this correct? as the actual socket has got live and neutral on the top and bottom connections (with mains in the bottom connector)shouldnt the blacks go in the neutrals etc

It depends upon the manufacturer.
The fitting will be marked supply and load and if it had been wired incorrectly, don't you think there would have been a big bang when you switched on?

I'm not being rude but considering your post, I would not attempt this as you don't appear to have sufficient knowledge to move this safely. This work is also notifiable to your Local Area Building Control. Please don't put others lives at risk.
