Bosch excell- any cycle takes 2 1\\\\2 hours

My bosch has decided to take 2 1\2 hours to complete programme, irrespective of which programme I choose. Even on a quick wash, the time remaining gets to 0.00 when it is still washing, then suddenly changes to 0.38 mins and moves onto the rinse. Clothes perfectly washed, just taking an age and with 3 small children, I need speed! Thanks
