Using a shower pump with a hot water pumped loop

I live in a 3 storey house which has a separate hot water boiler on the top floor. There is a pump which comes on twice a day and pumps hot water round the circuit to provide instant hot water.
There are three showers on the first floor which have never had very good water flow. How can I arrange for pumped water to these showers to increase the flow?
