Hello I have just bought 2 replacment wall lights i've opened the box to install the lights and there is the earth live and neutral and there is also 2 other sets of cable coming from the transformer i was wondering what these are?? I dont have any switches for the wall lights installed and was hoping these cables might have something to do with a pull switch

the extra wires - are they in the lamp itself? or in the wall? Does the lamp have a pullswitch? your question is not altogether clear!

The extra wires are in the lamp itself there a 4 wires that join into 2 the lamp doesn't look like it has a pull switch but i don't know what those extra wire are for

Does the fitting have two bulbs? Do you have one set feeding each bulb?

Don't suppose you could post a picture? That would help.
