Heating Fine, But No Hot Water

I have a Baxi boiler. When the Grasslin timer switch was on Heating the radiators came on and my water heated up, so I used that option. When the switch was on Hot Water, the radiators come on, but the water doesn\\\'t heat up. Now the Heating switch doesn\\\'t fire up the boiler, so I\\\'m stuck with hot radiators, but I can\\\'t get any hot water.
Can anyone help?

sounds like your moterised valve. Is it moving to the correct position when you select heating/water

There seems to be something wrong with your computer! When you select the letter " n " you are getting" \\\' ".

As far as your boiler is concerned, it would be helpful to know EXACTLY which model you have. Do you know if it is a combi ( my guess! ) or a system boiler with a hot water cylinder?

it seems to be when i put in an apostrophe, rather than when i press letter n.
anyway back to the boiler...
how do i check the motorised valve?
my boiler is a Baxi Bermuda 401 back boiler, hope that helps.
