under arm stains

I wash under arms and use anti persperant deodarant but i get sweat stains under the arms and cannot get them out i have even tried soaking under the arms of t-shirts in diluted bleach for awhile then washing this didnt work. I have read information regarding white vinegar diluted with warm water and then washing this didnt make any difference, is there any other suggestions.

Do you use a spray or a roll-on? I believe the rollons are more powerful.
