Have a mexico slimline 2 gas boiler but although I have got heating I am not getting any hot water. The pilot light stays on but still no hot water help, help help

Have to guess:
IN the airing cupd(!?) look for two motorised valves. They have pipes in/out of a brass bit , with a box on top. One valve is for ch, other for hw. HW one possibly u/s. It willl probably have a lever on the end you can push against a spring to latch on a hooky bit. May say "man". Now when the ch is on heating rads, it will heat hw too. Meanwhile do you have an electric immersion heater!
