Indesit w103 10 blink fault

Hi

Washing machine wont drain properly, usual clicking on the timer unit, pulling up 10 blinks! Am i correct on 10 being a pressure valve fault?? If so where is it located???

HELP!

Not draining properly would indicate a blockage in the water outlet somewhere. In the sump hose, filter pump or drain hose. (If it's onto a spigot under the sink it could be at the spigot). Worst case is the pump is faulty.
F10 indicates that the pressure switch isn't sensing properly. This could be that the machine hasn't drained in the alloted time.
You need to empty the machine of water first, then check the filter if it has one fitted. Then it's strip down time, check the pump and hoses for blockages.
