Candy DISHWASHER

the cycle appears to be running normal
lots of steam at end of wash
wash tablet all dissolved
but for some reason just lately the pots and pans are not coming out fully cleaned

any ideas as to why would be fully appreciated

Check the spray arms for debris blocking the holes.
If you find any you're going to have to clean them after every wash until the debris is out of the system.
Best way to avoid a repeat is to rinse everything before it goes in the dishwasher.

checked the holes and all are clear
the problem according to the wife is on the top tray so when i took the spray arm off i noticed there was a lot of play in it
should there be a rubber washer/seal
juat thought after looking at it that perhaps more water was coming out of the arm than going through the nozzles

no seal but it shouldn't have too much play in it. Check that it isn't jamming on crockery etc on the bottom. (Or one of those daft deodorisers that hang from the basket)
Also check the seam on the spray arm, if it's split it needs replacing.
