Potterton 40 Lockout problem

your the one who hasnt got a clue if you think that fitting a suprima kit is a simple DIY job how many have you fitted to come out with a statement like that

you just carry on supplying your dodgy pcbs and encourage some more people to blow themselves up or kill themselves with your stupid comments

I'm sorry if you feel it to be technically challenging

that's your problem not mine

as for dodgy pcbs, I think I have a better track record than potterton - so if mine are dodgy, what are the ones which you fit ?

I don't encourage people to blow themselves up, I just don't go in for the scaremongering which you seem to thrive on

and you're not an effin' engineer - you're a fitter

Doesnt say anything about a fitter on my advanced city and guilds certificates :)

and i like how you avoided my question of your lack of experience in fitting these kits as you are so quick to say how easy they are to fit i ask again how many have you fitted

Does it say you're an engineer ?

An engineer is someone who assesses the various options available and look for the best solution

you, on the other hand dismiss viable options through prejudice and ignorance, you're not an engineer

I don't fit bits to boilers unless it's my own, and I don't have a suprima

what is so difficult in installing a panel and connecting up a few wires ?

Plenty, for example to people, of which there are many, who can't fathom out the immense complexities of a filling loop even when they have the instructions.

Really daft question but how do you get into the boiler to get to the pcb.Mine is in a cupboard LHS to wall, reset button on RHS.
Please help.

methink's you have a point chris

maybe I should have qualified what I said by adding "... to anyone capable of tying their own shoelaces"

How convenient - someone who seems to have trouble tying his own shoelaces suddenly turns up at the right point in time in the right thread

I wonder what his CORGI number is

Sorry gentlemen ,I obviously got onto the wrong site.i wanted a little advise but have somehow got on the Arn't we great ,pat us on the back ,gas fitter site.Again my humble appologies.
