hi there,

Problem with this shower. Basically when i press start the water comes for around 2 seconds then the machine cuts itself out.

Sometimes when press low can get it to work but not always. Always justs cuts itself out after 2 seconds. The shower switches itself off and the water stops flowing.

Any ideas what could be wrong?

You may have a problem with the amount of water pressure. Are you able to test the pressure switch inside the shower unit?

I refuse to work with them - have wired 6 and 5 have been faulty.

it may be that the wall is a micron out or so - it the front doesn't line up with the back it may cause the water to stop. Some gainsboroughs are manual, not electric water valve.
