Bosch/Worcester Heatslave 15/19 combi boiler.

Hi,can anyone help me?

I can't get any hot water from my boiler, central heating is fine but can only get cold water from the hot supply.
Ive got some builders in making a bathroom upstairs and they have drained out the heating system a number of times to install new pipework but thats all they have done they seem to think its a boiler problem.
The boiler pressure is 1 bar.Does this look like i need a new boiler?

YOU DON'T NEED A NEW BOILER!!

It is possibly something to do with the motorised valve, or if the whole system has been drained, it may be the boiler needs the air bleeding from it.

If you can work your way round it that's ok, otherwise you really need to call someone in.

You shouuld have at least two poss three manual air vents on top of the boiler under the lid ,vent them with the power off.
