Refill Midas B Boiler

I've fitted a new radiator and our boiler now has low pressure (0.2 bar). I'm assuming the water needs refilling.

I can't find any mention of how to do this on our boiler instructions nor can I find anywhere to connect a refill pipe. Can anyone help?
