How much adhesive and grout?

I am ordering the stuff online so I can't see the coverage on the tub. I am tiling 5 square metres of 300mmX100mm ceramic wall tiles. How much adhesive and grout will I need?

If you know what the manufacturer is you can usually find a data sheet online.

cheers for that, i bought a tub of bal blue star and dunlop grout, and luckily guesstimated that it would be enough
